Due to the outbreak of the COVID-19 virus, and the World Health Organization’s declaration that this health crisis is now a pandemic, along with the Federal, State, and local governments’ public health advisories, warnings, and social gathering and travel restrictions, the General Conference was forced to re-examine the practicality of proceeding with the 61st General Conference Session in Indianapolis this summer.

The GC Executive Committee met on March 19, 2020 and voted to postpone the 61st General Conference Session. With deep regrets, this letter serves as notice from the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists that an action was also taken to not proceed with exhibits and booths on the rescheduled date of the General Conference Session.

Please rest assured that we will fully refund each of you for the amount you have paid us for exhibit space.  Each exhibitor will receive a refund using the same method thru which we received payment. (Credit Card, Check, Internal Memo, etc.)
